M&A Integration Program Manager

- Lead integration activities across multiple acquisitions, ensuring alignment of processes, systems, and teams
- Develop and manage integration plans, including timelines, risks, and key milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, finance, technology, and customer-facing teams
- Drive execution of post-acquisition initiatives and monitor progress against established goals
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Support alignment of revenue-related processes, including quoting, billing, and customer management workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate system integration and data consistency
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication for leadership visibility
- 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, program management, or related roles
- Experience within a technology or SaaS environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related tools (CPQ preferred)
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and revenue operations workflows
- Exposure to project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred
