- Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase order processing and vendor coordination
- Source goods and services, gather quotes, and support competitive bidding processes
- Track and manage procurement workflows to ensure timely fulfillment and payment processing
- Analyze pricing, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to inform decision-making
- Support improvements to procurement processes, systems, and best practices
- Ensure documentation and records are accurate and up to date
- 8+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience with purchase order processing and contract management required
- Experience with Workday or similar procurement/financial systems preferred
