Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests.
- Process financial transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Provide information on products and services and identify opportunities for referrals.
- Support loan application and account maintenance processes.
- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and security standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of banking, financial services, or related customer service experience.
- Experience handling financial transactions and customer account inquiries.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Weekend availability required.
