Senior Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Process and review employee payroll across multiple pay cycles
• Manage payroll tax registrations, updates, and ongoing account maintenance
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices, discrepancies, and compliance issues
• Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with payroll-related reporting
• Support invoicing and billing activities for select contractors and consultants
• Partner with finance leadership to address payroll-related questions and issues
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll tax administration and payroll compliance
• Experience with payroll reconciliations required
• NetSuite experience required
• Rippling experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
