Responsibilities
- Process and maintain payroll records in accordance with company policies.
- Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Update employee payroll data and support routine payroll changes.
- Respond to payroll-related questions and provide administrative support.
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll information.
- Perform additional payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations.
- 2+ years of experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
