Procurement Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
- Process receipts and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Support supplier onboarding and vendor data maintenance.
- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
- Maintain purchasing documentation and track key procurement activities.
- Assist with item and purchasing data management.
- Generate reports and support procurement-related tracking and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of purchasing, procurement operations, or supply chain experience.
- Experience working within an ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting purchasing processes in a corporate or regulated environment is a plus.
