FP&A Manager – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial results and provide variance and performance reporting
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions
- Prepare management reporting and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs
- Partner with business leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making
- Monitor financial performance across projects and business initiatives
- Improve reporting, forecasting, and other recurring finance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong Excel financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with Power BI
- SAP experience preferred
