Part-Time Senior Payroll Consultant – Remote / Hybrid must be local to Waltham, MA
- Process and reconcile recurring payrolls for salaried and hourly employees
- Manage payroll adjustments, special payments, and other off-cycle activity
- Prepare and maintain payroll reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Support multi-state payroll tax and jurisdictional requirements
- Support year-end reporting, audits, and payroll compliance activities
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Senior-level payroll processing experience
- Strong hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience required
- Advanced Excel skills, including payroll reconciliations
- International payroll experience is a plus
