Principal Financial Analyst – Hybrid / Boston, MA
- Develop financial models to evaluate compensation programs, business scenarios, and performance trends
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support sales compensation planning, commission analysis, and quota-setting activities
- Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and presentations for business leadership
- Maintain reporting tools and improve financial planning and analysis processes
- Support internal controls, documentation, and ad hoc financial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of financial analysis, sales compensation, sales operations, or related experience
- 2+ years of experience working directly with executive stakeholders
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or a comparable commission platform
- Salesforce experience preferred
