Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract-to-Hire AR Collections Representative for our client in the St. Louis County area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Contact customers to collect payment on past-due invoices
- Analyze delinquent accounts to determine the most effective course of action
- Research transactions and review contracts to support collection efforts
- Prepare and assist with internal collection and aging reports
- Research and respond to customer inquiries by reviewing contracts and system activity, and coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document all collection activity and customer communications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
