Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Accounting Clerk for our client in the St. Louis County area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Scan, code, and key vendor invoices into the accounting system
- Manage and reconcile credit card billing and expenses
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, including collection accounts
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding balances and collections activity
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting and audit needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with reconciliations and high-volume data entry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
