Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to Hire Human Resources Administrator for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems.
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support candidate and employee communications.
- Assist with I-9s, audits, licensing, and other compliance documentation.
- Prepare basic reports and help keep HR data accurate and up to date.
- Support employee badges, uniforms, training records, and general administrative needs.
- Assist the HR team with employee activities, projects, and day-to-day branch needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
