Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Accounts Receivable Clerk for our client in the Pacific, MO area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily customer cash flow updates
- Processing all customer and non-customer payments
- Recording bank transfers
- Creating journal entries for daily outgoing transactions
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Monitoring unapplied customer payments and applying them as appropriate
- Preparing daily accounts receivable reports
- Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable items through week-over-week comparisons and other tracking tools
- Assisting with customer onboarding
- Performing monthly bank account reconciliations
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer statements upon request
- Following all applicable policies and procedures
- Assisting the Accounts Payable team as needed
