Contract Senior Benefits Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2 days/week)
A technology client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Senior Benefits Analyst for a 3+ month assignment to support benefits administration, open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and more. This individual will work collaboratively with the HR team and needs to have strong HRIS (Workday preferred) and Excel skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct benefits administration experience
- Experience working in an HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills
