Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a Temporary EDIB Program & Partnerships Lead to provide critical leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This hands-on role will support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), inclusion-focused partnerships, governance committees, and enterprise EDIB initiatives, ensuring key programs, stakeholder engagement efforts, and operational priorities remain on track during the coverage period. The ideal candidate will have prior EDIB experience, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who can drive execution, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong relationships across internal and external partners. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in EDIB, program management, employee engagement, organizational development, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), affinity groups, councils, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting steering committees, governance groups, or cross-functional teams.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, lookups, data mapping, and reporting.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, leadership updates, and executive-facing materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external partners, coalitions, or community organizations preferred.
- Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience preferred.
- Ability to go onsite 3-4 days/week.
The pay for this role is $39-$46/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
