Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to join its team in New York City. This role will lead key Total Rewards and People Operations functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, HRIS administration, compliance, and employee programs. The individual will partner closely with Human Capital leadership, Finance, Recruiting, and senior business leaders to enhance processes, drive operational excellence, and support a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Total Rewards, exceptional analytical skills, and experience operating within a talent-driven, fast-paced organization.   • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Human Resources certification, preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive Human Capital experience with significant expertise in Total Rewards and People Operations, required.
  • Experience managing compensation, benefits, retirement programs, payroll processes, and compliance initiatives, required.
  • Strong HRIS experience, including system administration, reporting, workflow optimization, and process automation, required.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave administration, immigration, and regulatory compliance, required.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex Total Rewards and operational initiatives independently, required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, required.
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, or other high-performing, talent-centric organizations, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, required.

The salary for this role is $140K-$175K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
