Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Services Recruiter to join its NYC team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for business services positions across multiple U.S. offices, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies and drive hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring corporate or professional services recruiting experience, with a strong background managing end-to-end hiring processes for business services talent. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience within professional services environment (legal, consulting, finance, etc.), required.
- Experience recruiting business services professionals through the full recruitment lifecycle, required.
- Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers on recruiting strategy and hiring decisions, required.
- Experience developing direct sourcing strategies and managing external search firm relationships, required.
- Experience with Workday, preferred.
The salary for this role is $115K-$145K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
