Our client, a leading global consumer products company, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to support its Marketing and Creative teams in New York City. This role will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, employee engagement, and broader HR initiatives while also supporting day-to-day HR needs. The ideal candidate brings progressive, well-rounded HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering in a high-growth, matrixed, or global organization. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic HR business partner role, required.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management, required.
- Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management initiatives, required.
- Experience supporting Marketing, Creative, or Communications teams, preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth, matrixed, or global organization, preferred.
The salary for this role is $175K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
