Duration: 6 month CONTRACT TO HIRE

Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SAP Digital Manufacturing subject matter expert
- Gather and translate manufacturing business requirements into SAP solutions
- Configure and support SAP Digital Manufacturing functionality
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
- Demonstrate solutions, proof-of-concepts, and recommendations to business users
- Validate solutions against business and operational requirements
- Support testing, deployment, training, and adoption efforts
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations, quality, planning, warehouse, and IT teams
- Reduce dependence on external implementation partners by providing internal expertise
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP Digital Manufacturing experience
- Hands-on SAP Digital Manufacturing configuration experience
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions
- Strong manufacturing operations knowledge
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree

- Barcode, scanning, and label printing integrations
- Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry experience
- Engineering or manufacturing-related educational background
