Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and external clients during implementation phases. Provide technical guidance and resolution strategies to ensure minimal impact to client services. Analyze application logs, system alerts, and monitoring tools to proactively detect system failures or anomalies. Lead incident triage sessions to prioritize critical production issues and ensure proper escalation when required. Support post-incident reviews and problem management activities to ensure continuous improvement of system stability. Assist the Implementation Manager in prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations. Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making, ensuring data quality, reusability, and performance optimization through parameterized mappings, session tuning, and workflow orchestration. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and accountability for the timely delivery of high impact project milestones to create a seamless and successful transition to the ongoing support teams. Perform Data Analysis by working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL used by business applications. Write and analyze SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting. Ensure data integrity and correct mapping between application and database layers. Write advanced SQL, Hive, and Impala queries to retrieve and manipulate large-scale datasets from various database systems for business reporting, analytical modelling, and KPI tracking. Design scripts and workflows that automate data ingestion, notifications, file processing, and user interactions, reducing manual workload and increasing operational efficiency. Coordinate the development and maintenance of REST API integrations to support system interoperability, process automation, and real-time data exchange.
