Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal with at least one year of experience. Candidates should be organized, communicative, and empathetic when supporting clients through sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Assist attorneys in all stages of family law cases and draft legal documents.
- Document Organization: Maintain case files and manage financial and court documents.
- Preparation for Proceedings: Help prepare exhibits and coordinate with court staff for hearings and trials.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients compassionately and provide updates on case status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
- At least one year of paralegal experience, preferably in family law.
- Familiarity with family court procedures and filing requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
