A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its growing mass tort practice. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career legal professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and legal staff with client outreach, intake, and case support tasks.
- Conduct outbound client communication with empathy, professionalism, and discretion, particularly around sensitive health-related claims.
- Perform high-volume data entry, documentation, and spreadsheet updates with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Maintain internal records, document client interactions clearly, and assist with administrative needs in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant legal coursework, or foundational legal exposure preferred.
- Open to early-career candidates interested in building legal experience.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry, documentation, and repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large spreadsheets.
