Business Immigration Legal Assistant – Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
A law firm in Columbus is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Legal Assistant to join its team. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a collaborative, professional environment and the chance to support a busy business immigration practice.
Schedule: Hybrid, Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with business immigration matters and case preparation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain immigration filings and supporting documentation
- Draft, review, and file various petitions including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, J-1, etc.
- Manage case files, deadlines, correspondence, and client communications
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to keep matters moving efficiently
- Provide administrative and legal support as needed
Qualifications
- Business immigration experience needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
