A sophisticated boutique law firm in Chicago is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support its growing energy projects practice, with a particular focus on solar and wind energy developments.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate experience, including significant work on purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing matters. This team regularly advises on complex energy projects involving utility-scale and distributed solar, wind, storage, and transmission infrastructure. Experience with land acquisitions, permitting, and development within the energy sector is strongly preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in the Illinois energy market at a firm known for top-tier training, meaningful client exposure, and early responsibility. Associates will join a lean, collaborative team and work closely with highly regarded partners known for their sophisticated practice.
