An established midsize law firm seeks a senior associate or income partner to join its growing corporate M&A practice serving clients in the insurance industry. This fully remote opportunity offers sophisticated transactional work and a meaningful leadership role within an established, self-sustaining practice.
The Opportunity
- Lead complex M&A transactions independently, from inception through closing.
- Help shape the continued growth of a dedicated industry-focused practice.
- Access strong firm resources and support for business development.
Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience handling sophisticated corporate M&A transactions in the insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently.
- Interest in taking on a leadership role and contributing to practice growth.
