A Chicago law firm with a national presence is seeking an associate to support their growing energy transactions practice. This is an excellent opportunity for corporate associates looking to further specialize their practice fully into the energy industry.
The practice helps businesses, developers, and investors navigate risk throughout the life cycle of their operations and investments, from evaluating a transaction or redevelopment project to addressing compliance concerns, remediation obligations, and contested matters. Work includes real estate and renewable energy projects, as well as environmental issues arising in corporate transactions.
