Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Discovery Specialist to support active litigation matters with a strong focus on collections, data acquisition, and Relativity workflows.
Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 3 days on‑site)
Contract: 3+ months, full‑time
This position focuses on litigation support with a strong emphasis on e-discovery, document collections, and data management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collections, custodian outreach, and collaboration with IT
- Manage evidentiary data from collection → processing → review → production
- Work in Relativity to search, tag, organize, and track documents
- Maintain case materials in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
- Support litigation calendars, deadlines, and expert workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years in litigation, eDiscovery, or litigation support
- Hands‑on Relativity experience
- Strong understanding of discovery workflows and data handling
- Experience coordinating with IT or forensics teams
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
