Personal Injury Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced personal injury practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients from intake through litigation, assist with case development and trial preparation, and contribute to the day-to-day management of active matters, including workers’ compensation files.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, including conducting intake and welcome calls.
• Review retainers, supporting documents, and case details to ensure accurate file setup and ongoing case management.
• Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain records and other required documentation.
• Draft legal correspondence and assist attorneys with litigation support, trial preparation, and docket management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paralegal experience in personal injury is required.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and outside parties.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
