Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a top law firm based in Washington, DC!

This role provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, meeting logistics, and client interactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and filing legal documents and correspondence

  • Maintaining client and matter files

  • Tracking attorney time, billing, admissions, and CLE requirements

  • Conducting basic legal research

  • Assisting with document production, binders, and engagement materials.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of similar administrative support experience within a large law firm setting.
