Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a temporary opportunity with a nationally recognized law firm.
This role can sit in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Irvine, or Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong title and survey review experience
- Experience reviewing title commitments, exception documents, ALTA surveys, and zoning reports
- Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UCC filings and searches
- Lease abstracting experience
- Law firm experience preferred
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reviewing title and survey materials, identifying and resolving diligence issues, coordinating with title companies and third-party consultants, and supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
