Reputable New England law firm is seeking a Senior Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role will sit in-office 2 days a week.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years residential real estate paralegal experience
- Experience working with a high-volume of closings
- Experience managing closings from start to finish
- Tech Savvy
In this role, the ideal candidate will:
- Communicate with lenders and clients on all files in pipeline
- Assist in solving issues that arise on files
- Prepare fee quotes for lenders
- Prepare all closing documents once cleared to close
- Works closely with attorneys, title and accounting team
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling closings
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Qualia, preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills being able to multitask and prioritize
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive/can do attitude
- Keep growing in a smart way
- Respond quickly
- Find ways to help
