Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced Data Privacy Attorneys for a contract engagement with an Am Law 200 firm. This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys with strong analytical and legal research skills who can independently assess complex matters and provide thoughtful, practical insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze matters involving data privacy and related legal issues
- Research relevant case law and regulatory developments
- Prepare concise legal briefs, analyses, and summaries
- Provide substantive insight and recommendations regarding cases and legal issues
- Collaborate effectively with law firm attorneys and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of substantive data privacy experience
- Active bar admission in the state where the attorney will be working
- Strong legal research, writing, briefing, and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate complex cases and communicate key findings clearly
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus, particularly Spanish or German
Location & Schedule
- Candidates must be located in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, or Washington, DC
- Hybrid schedule requiring 4 days per week in the office, with Fridays remote
- Anticipated contract duration of 6+ months.
