A top firm in Cleveland is seeking a mid to senior level associate attorney to join their corporate practice. Qualified candidates will ahve 3+ years of experience in a top firm working on M&A and/or PE transactions, being able to draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, and help shepherd transactions through closings.
This firm offers competitive compensation and benefits and the opportunity to work with a top team in the Cleveland area. Compensation depends on experience level. Candidates relocating to Ohio and eligible for the OH bar will be considered.
