Chicago-area firms known for hiring top AmLaw talent looking for smaller platforms are looking for talented litigators. Associates should have between 2-10 +/- years of experience in an AmLaw setting with complex commercial litigation matters ranging from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, amongst other matters. Candidates with deposition and trial experience a plus, but those with significant litigation experience otherwise or related to their class year and eager to grow will also be considered.

Billable hour target and compensation depends on the firm, but ranges from 1800-1900 hours and salaries ranging from 180-250k + bonus. These platforms offer competitive rates for those looking to build business.
