A major AmLaw firm with a large team in Chicago is seeking a mid to senior level Corporate Associate Attorney to join their team. Qualified candidates will have 3-8+ years of experience in an AmLaw or well respected regional firm focusing on M&A transactions. Candidates with senior level experience managing deal teams and substantive drafting and negotiating of agreements preferred.
This firm offers top of the market compensation and benefits and have recently been guaranteeing full year-end bonuses for associates that have start dates this summer. Relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates.
