A well-respected full-service Chicago firm is seeking a midlevel Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Chicago. Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in private practice working on commercial real estate transactions. Preference for candidates will experience with leases, acquisitions, and dispositions and related due diligence, but candidates with any combination will be considered.
This role is hybrid from their downtown Chicago office – in office Tuesday-Thursday. Billable hour target is 1750. Salary expected to be between $145-160k depending on experience.
