Beacon Hill is hiring for a Transactional Paralegal to support a law firm’s real estate practice. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity based in New Castle, DE, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume transactional environment and is eager to grow into more complex legal work over time.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
* Prepare and manage transactional documents using established templates and standardized processes
* Support residential real estate transactions, with a focus on lot purchases
* Handle high-volume, repeatable legal tasks with strong accuracy and efficiency
* Assist attorneys with more complex transactional matters as needed
* Ensure all documents are completed, organized, and ready for attorney review
* Maintain organized files and track the progress of multiple transactions simultaneously
* 1-2 years of paralegal experience required
* Prior experience in real estate or transactional law preferred
* Comfortable working with templates, forms, and repetitive workflows
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
