Beacon Hill is hiring for a Temp Litigation Attorney to support a law firm’s bankruptcy and litigation practice. This is an onsite opportunity based in Wilmington, DE, with an immediate start. The role is ideal for an experienced attorney who can step in quickly to handle a high volume of complex litigation work during a busy period.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
* Conduct advanced legal research and draft high-quality legal memoranda, briefs, and other written work product
* Support a high-volume bankruptcy litigation practice, assisting with fluctuating workloads
* Perform document review and assist with case preparation as needed
* Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic insights to attorneys
* Collaborate with the legal team to meet deadlines during a heavy litigation cycle
* 5+ years of experience in a high-volume litigation environment required
* Prior experience in bankruptcy litigation preferred
* Corporate litigation experience is a plus
* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills required
* Knowledge of Delaware local rules, procedures, and practices required
* Active bar licensure required (Delaware bar not required)
* Must be able to work full-time onsite in Wilmington, DE
* Standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
