Beacon Hill is hiring for an experienced Corporate Attorney for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a law firm in Doylestown, PA. This position is fully on-site, five days per week.
The Corporate Attorney will work closely with a senior corporate partner and play an integral role in advising business clients through the full lifecycle of sophisticated corporate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions from inception through completion
- Advise clients on business formations, restructurings, dissolutions, and other complex corporate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
- Independently manage matters and maintain direct client relationships
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s corporate practice group and senior attorneys
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
- Approximately 7-8+ years of law firm experience
- Strong M&A and general business transactional experience
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated corporate matters and client relationships
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Private-practice/law firm experience strongly preferred; candidates with exclusively in-house experience will not be considered
Schedule & Logistics:
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Fully on-site in Doylestown, PA, five days per week
- Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- 1,500 billable-hour expectation
- Free parking
