Beacon Hill is hiring for an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to support a busy corporate litigation practice. This role will support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on Delaware court practice, cite checking, court filings, case management, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate litigation.
- Conduct cite checking and ensure accuracy of legal citations.
- Prepare and coordinate filings with Delaware courts.
- Assist with case management, discovery, and document organization.
- Support attorneys with hearings and trial preparation.
- Track deadlines and assist with other litigation-related matters as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior litigation paralegal experience, preferably with complex corporate or commercial litigation.
- Strong experience with cite checking is required.
- Experience with Delaware court practice and procedures is highly preferred.
- Experience with court filings, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Additional Information
- 35 hours per week.
- Overtime is paid for hours worked over 35.
- Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in the Wilmington office, Tuesday through Thursday.
