Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Clinical Trial Contracts Specialists for an opportunity with a global biotechnology company in the greater Philadelphia region. This is a long-term temporary position and a great opportunity for professionals with clinical trial contracts experience in the life sciences industry. Candidates selected for this position will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs and ICFs in support of clinical trial studies.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing clinical trial agreements, CDAs and ICFs
- Strong contracts review and analysis experience
- Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment, understanding quick turnaround time for deadlines in clinical trial
- Will work closely with clinical trial contracts manager and global team
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must come with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
