Beacon Hill’s client, a well-regarded litigation firm in San Francisco, is seeking a Source Code Review Monitor & Office Services Assistant to support their team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with some prior legal experience, including legal internships, legal support, or other legal experience, who are interested in gaining additional exposure to a law firm environment and potentially pursuing a paralegal career.
- Position: Source Code Review Monitor & Office Services Assistant
- Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA 94111
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing, currently anticipated through November 2026, with the potential to extend and/or direct-hire conversion based on business needs
- Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Monday-Friday; occasional overtime may be required
- Pay: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience

Some prior legal experience required
Prior office, internship, professional service, or administrative experience is a plus -
Professional, reliable, and punctual

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working onsite full-time
- Monitor access to the source code review room and ensure only authorized individuals enter

Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out logs
- Ensure confidentiality and review protocols are followed
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for reviewers
- Escalate any security concerns or protocol issues
- Assist with opening and closing the review room for scheduled sessions
- Provide general office services and administrative support

Assist with basic office technology, including printers, AV equipment, and Microsoft Office applications
- Support paralegals with additional projects as needed
