Beacon Hill’s client, a boutique personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced contract attorney to support its team. The firm is currently experiencing a significant increase in workload and has an immediate and urgent need for additional support.
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend or convert to a direct-hire position based on business needs
- Hours: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, during standard Pacific Time business hours (e.g., 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Pay: $60/hour
Qualifications:
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon or Washington state bar admission is a plus, but not required
- 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
- Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
- Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided
About the Role:
- Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
- Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
- Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
