Beacon Hill’s client, a boutique full-service law firm located in Los Angeles, is seeking a temp Corporate Associate Attorney. The firm is working on a significant sale transaction for the sale of a business and is seeking an attorney with hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business sale transactions.

Details
Duration – Approximately 1-6 months
Hours – 40 hours/week with potential overtime
Pay Rate – $95-100/hour DOE
Location – Remote, but candidates must be licensed in California (active and in good standing)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney with involvement in mergers and acquisitions, business sale transactions, and related due diligence matters
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in California
