Core Legal Expertise Required
- Leveraged finance – syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and leveraged buyout transactions
- Private capital markets – private placements, direct lending, and fund finance
- Lending products – senior secured credit facilities, mezzanine debt, unitranche structures, and second lien financings
- Strong working knowledge of credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related security documentation
