Clinical Supervisor (MSW/LCSW)
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Requirements
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required; LCSW or MFT preferred
- 3-5 years of clinical experience supporting high‑acuity clients
- Experience providing clinical supervision, case conferencing, and staff coaching
- Strong knowledge of DHS documentation standards, Care Plans, and community‑based service coordination
Job Duties
- Provide clinical supervision and support to case managers working with high‑acuity participants
- Conduct field‑based interventions and accompany case managers during participant meetings
- Oversee charting, electronic records, and Care Plan compliance in alignment with DHS requirements
- Support crisis intervention efforts, including participation in a 24/7 on‑call rotation
- Oversee drop‑in center operations to ensure a safe, trauma‑informed, and welcoming environment
- Attend and advocate at court hearings alongside case managers
- Deliver clinical and trauma‑informed trainings to program staff
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (some on‑call coverage required)
- Position Type: 3‑month contract with potential extension
- Pay: $43 per hour
