Endoscopy Nurse Manager
Location: North Carolina
Organization Type: Multi-Site Ambulatory Endoscopy/Outpatient Surgical Services Provider – with this role serving locations within 30 minutes of Harrisburg, NC
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- 3-5 years of progressive clinical and/or leadership experience in endoscopy, perioperative, procedural, or related surgical services settings.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative and clinical leadership across multiple endoscopy centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and clinical assignments to support patient volume demands.
- Monitor nursing care practices, regulatory compliance, and adherence to clinical protocols, physician orders, and standards of care.
- Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives while analyzing operational and clinical metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop nursing and support staff to promote accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, infection prevention protocols, licensure requirements, and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with budget management, inventory oversight, equipment and supply procurement, and resolution of patient and family concerns.
Additional Information
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, generally 7:00 AM-3:00 PM with flexibility in start and end times.
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel required between three endoscopy center locations.
Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
