Business Systems Analyst (ERP / Financial Systems)
Must Haves
- Senior-level BSA with Oracle R12 (or SAP) ERP experience
- Strong understanding of PTP / OTC + accounting fundamentals (debits/credits)
- Basic SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working directly with engineers and business stakeholders
- Ability to produce highly detailed, structured requirements
- Self-sufficient – able to operate with minimal direction in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Agile PPM, OBIEE, SharePoint tools
Role Overview
Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP and financial system initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with engineering and business teams to drive requirements, support integrations, and improve core financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed functional requirements and process flows
- Partner with engineering teams (Oracle/Java) to deliver solutions
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Support ERP enhancements and system integrations
- Participate in testing (UAT, integration) and production support
- Drive execution in fast-paced, partially defined environments
