Digital Product Manager

Position Summary

Seeking a hands-on Digital Product Manager to own and support customer-facing digital products and commercial platforms. This role will work across business, engineering, UX, operations, marketing, and external vendors to define product requirements, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and deliver digital experiences from concept through production.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive, highly organized Product Manager who understands both the business and technical sides of digital products. Must be comfortable owning day-to-day product execution, working directly with technical teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving customer-facing products from requirements through production

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of Product Management or closely related digital product experience
  • Experience managing customer-facing digital products, web/mobile applications, e-commerce, booking, ticketing, or transactional platforms
  • Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, features, and priorities
  • Hands-on experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and other product artifacts
  • Strong Jira backlog management and prioritization experience
  • Experience working within Agile / SDLC environments with engineering, QA, UX/design, and business teams
  • Experience leading stakeholder requirements sessions and working across large, cross-functional organizations
  • Experience supporting products through QA/UAT, production validation, defect triage, launches, and post-production support
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams and resolve blockers across business and technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting product status, risks, priorities, and KPIs to leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Highly Preferred

  • E-commerce, ticketing, reservations/booking, digital marketplace, or transaction workflow experience
  • Experience optimizing customer journeys, conversion rates, and digital experiences
  • Vendor and API integration experience
  • Experience using analytics and KPIs to drive product decisions
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Experience evaluating or incorporating AI/agentic AI capabilities into product workflows
  • Exposure to tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI development/productivity tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and backlog
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering, UX/design, operations, marketing, legal, finance, and vendors to deliver product enhancements
  • Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog and coordinate feature delivery
  • Support QA/UAT, production validation, defect triage, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate product launches, enhancements, documentation, and go-to-market activities
  • Monitor product performance, customer behavior, conversion, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support vendor/API integrations and ongoing digital platform operations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, for practical product use cases
  • Provide product updates, risks, dependencies, and performance reporting to stakeholders and leadership
