  • Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA training required)
  • Ability to debug, modify, and extend existing AI tools and open-source code
  • Experience working in creative, media, VFX, or production environments
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives
  • Self-sufficient – able to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without handholding

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
  • Background in VFX, technical art, or digital content creation tools (Nuke, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Familiarity with production pipelines in film/TV
  • Exposure to AI video generation workflows and tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize ComfyUI workflows, custom nodes, and AI pipelines for image/video generation
  • Develop rapid prototypes and demos using existing AI models and tools
  • Fine-tune models (LoRA) to improve quality, control, and consistency of outputs
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and APIs for production use
  • Collaborate with creative teams, production stakeholders, and engineers to deliver solutions
  • Translate ambiguous creative ideas into practical, technical implementations
